1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the K-lyst online store.

The website and products are operated and sold by:

By placing an order on this website, the customer agrees to these Terms without reservation.

2. Products

K-lyst creates and sells handmade jewelry and accessories.

Products are mainly made using:

  • Stainless steel

  • Glass

  • Argentium silver

Each item is handmade. Therefore, small differences may occur between products, including variations in:

  • Shape

  • Texture

  • Size

  • Color

  • Finish

These differences are inherent to handmade craftsmanship and do not affect the quality or functionality of the product.

Product photographs are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

3. Orders

Customers may place orders through the K-lyst website.

By confirming an order, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information;

  • Pay the total amount due;

  • Accept these Terms & Conditions.

K-lyst reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including:

  • Incorrect pricing due to technical errors;

  • Suspected fraudulent activity;

  • Product unavailability.

If an order is cancelled after payment, the customer will receive a full refund.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are listed in euros (€), unless otherwise indicated.

K-lyst is a micro-entrepreneur and VAT is not applicable.

Prices are therefore displayed with the following statement:

“VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.”

Shipping costs are indicated separately before order confirmation.

K-lyst reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price charged will always be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its available payment providers.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit/debit cards

  • Shopify Payments

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Other payment methods made available through Shopify

K-lyst does not have access to customers’ complete payment information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped after payment confirmation.

Estimated processing times may vary depending on:

  • Product availability;

  • Order volume;

  • Handmade production time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Postal delays;

  • Carrier issues;

  • Customs procedures for international orders.

K-lyst cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond its control.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. K-lyst cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. International Orders & Customs

For orders shipped outside France or the European Union:

The customer is responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

K-lyst has no control over these charges.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

before returning any item.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused;

  • Be unworn;

  • Be in their original condition;

  • Include original packaging when possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

9. Returns & Refunds

K-lyst accepts returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in good condition;

  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, modification, or use;

  • The return request must comply with the applicable return period.

If the returned product meets these conditions, K-lyst will refund the purchase price using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

10. Exceptions to Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return if they have been worn, altered, or damaged.

Customized or personalized products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

11. Jewelry Care

To preserve your jewelry, customers should:

  • Avoid prolonged contact with water;

  • Avoid perfumes, cosmetics, and harsh chemicals;

  • Store jewelry in a dry place;

  • Handle handmade pieces carefully.

Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered.

12. Legal Guarantees

Customers benefit from applicable legal guarantees, including:

Consumers are protected against hidden defects affecting the intended use of the product.

These guarantees apply independently of any commercial return policy.

13. Liability

K-lyst cannot be held responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Damage caused by lack of care;

  • Allergic reactions caused by individual sensitivities.

Customers are responsible for checking material information before purchase if they have known allergies or sensitivities.

14. Intellectual Property

All K-lyst designs, creations, photographs, and brand elements remain the intellectual property of K-lyst.

Copying, reproducing, or commercial exploitation of K-lyst designs without permission is prohibited.

15. Dispute Resolution & Consumer Mediation

In the event of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact K-lyst first to seek an amicable solution.

If no agreement can be reached, consumers may use a consumer mediation service in accordance with French regulations.

16. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
